[Bug/Win] flying units

After building an aviary in my wizard tower, I do not have the ability to create/summon any flying units like the great eagles.

In a previous game, they eventually showed up.

I looked though the different magic branches and did not see them as a branch specific unit, like say the Valkeries.

This seems to be a bug, or needs to be documented better.
